Regulatory Reporting Accountant - Retail Bank - City of London - £60,000 to £70,000 - Hybrid working

Are you a regulatory accountant with a background in preparing reporting for the PRA / Bank of England? Are you looking for a role which is well-rounded and covering the full suite of prudential reg?

A Retail Bank in the City has an opportunity in their regulatory accounting function. You'll be involved in FINREP and COREP preparation, capital reporting, large exposures, ALMM and credit risk programmes.

You'll also work on implementing Basel III changes and supporting colleagues in Bank of England and Liquidity reporting.

The key objective of this role is to deliver timely and accurate reporting to the PRA, EBA and Bank of England on a monthly / quarterly and annual basis.

As well as this however, you will also play a key role in driving improvements and supporting in the ongoing automation of the function.

Experience:

- Previous knowledge of working within the Regulatory accounting function of a Bank
- An understating of financial controls and the maintenance of a robust controls framework
- Knowledge of Bank of England and PRA requirements
- An accounting qualification would be desirable but not essential, whether ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
