Resolution and Planning Lead Business Analyst -

Hybrid working of London and Remote

3 Months Initially with option of an extension

The objective of the Resolution Planning programme is to demonstrate to the regulator that the appropriate capabilities within the Bank are in place to support the resolution strategy set by removing material barriers and impediments to resolution and ensuring resolvability is considered in capital and funding plans and in future changes to group structure, systems, people and processes.

Key Skills:

• Prior Resolution Planning experience/must be performing a similar role in this capacity
• Regulatory change delivery: Significant experience of direct engagement with regulators in delivery / implementation of high profile and new regulatory policy
• Experience of drafting key documentation (e.g. Resolvability Assessment Framework document, Public Disclosures, Master Playbook) for presentation to Board; and experience in the delivery of Resolution capabilities including testing.
• Management of workstream(s) delivery, project team and business stakeholders. Coordination across multiple interlinked project workstreams.
