We are pleased to be partnering a Global business in the recruitment for a Resource/Workforce Planning Manager for a 6 month contract.
Please note that this role is to start no later than Monday the 15th of March.
As the business continues its SAP implementation, they require a Resource Lead to partner the business in the recruitment of both contingent and permanent staffing.
This is a business critical role, partnering Programme Leads in defining and current/future Resource requirements.
Reporting in to the HR lead, this role will scope recruiting practises alongside managing their Global Mobility programme.
We require a proven Workforce Planning professional who has extensive experience in SAP implementation.
You will not only partner internal clients but external suppliers and therefore excellent communication skills are a must.
This role will suit a strong technical recruiter who has moved in to Workforce and Resource management.
You must have worked in an SAP implementation programme to be considered.
Please note that this is not a Recruiter role and those with a pure Resourcing background will not be considered.
