Reward Consultant (Fixed Term Contract)

Investigo is partnering a great brand in the recruitment for a Senior Reward Consultant for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to start asap.

Please note, this will be based from home in the short term but will require travel to the Midlands on a weekly basis post lockdown.

We are looking for a proven Reward Specialist to oversee a full review of the current Compensation & Benefits platform and recommend changes to drive employee performance.

To be considered, you will have a breath of experience across Reward, designing and implementing strategies to engage and motivate a Head Office and regionally based employee workforce.

Whilst the client's brief is broad, key accountabilities will include:

• Salary banding review and benchmarking
• Bonus & Commission review
• Exec and LTIP review
• Wider Benefits review against market/competitors

Your background must be within commercial organisations, ideally with a multi-site footprint.

Our client is looking for individuals who are immediately available to start in January/early February.

Please note that this is a fixed term contract and the client is NOT offering the role on a daily paid basis.
