Sales Analyst

Investigo are recruiting a Sales Analyst for a reputable client based in Milton Keynes.

In the position of Sales Analyst Milton Keynes will play a pivotal role, responsible for analysing data and providing insights, identifying trends and spotting market opportunities to add value to the UK Sales team. Key duties to include:

* Analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and communicate accordingly across the business

* Maintain and review weekly and monthly reports to accurately reflect up to date sales numbers against budget / target

* Create and analyse bespoke reports based on sales individuals requirements and also requirements from other business streams

* Identify and support with driving initiatives across the business to capture data in the CRM and report on the success of the initiatives

* Maintaining reports and dashboards on the CRM system focused on forecast, pipeline, leads and referrals

* Analyse and offer insight and recommendations based on reports for each stream on sales performance against target, average order values, product performance and pipeline

* Review value and volume of discount requests and identify opportunities for increasing ARPA

* Capture competitor data and information to make suggestions for improvements and identify opportunities to optimise performance, working with Marketing to share insights and take action

* Analyse customer sales attrition data, identifying strengths and weaknesses and making suggestions to improve attrition data

* Analyse the GTM performance of new products once they are released to sales and monitor their progress and success over

The Profile

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience within an analyst role supporting business lines

Advanced Excel skills to include ability to create and run macros

Ability to communicate and influence with senior stake holders and articulate complex technical data

The Salary

£35,000 to £40,000 basic plus full benefits package
