Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Analyst

I am currently working with a Client based in Sweden who is looking to bring on board a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Analyst on a contract basis, you can be based anywhere in the EU but ideally would be able to travel to Sweden occasionally.

Expertise in technology landscape such as E-commerce, Digital Experience Platforms, Content management systems, Marketing and Automation is required, strong experience in implementing SFCC based solutions (B2B or B2C) is necessary.

Key responsibilities-

• Experience creating strategic recommendations for customers for enhancing and modifying the existing commerce operations and systems
• You will be required to develop innovative strategies to improve customer (internal/external) experience and increase revenue generation
• Expert Requirement gathering experience and strong communication skills
• Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B or B2C)
