Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner

Investigo are supporting a global organisation, that has consistently generated more than £5billion in Sales annually.

They're an organisation valued in its field and recognised as the 'go to' for any customer looking for this particular service; they're a true house hold name which most have either been a customer of, or heard of!

As a business, they operate in over 40 countries & delivered to over 20 million customers last year alone.

Salesforce is a key system all area of the business utilise, but one particular product that has been implemented is Marketing Cloud. Currently, the UK is the first adopter but they are planning on rolling out across each country.

As Marketing Cloud Product Owner, you will understand current processes and optimise / develop on what is in place - with the sole objective being to improve communications to prospects & current customers.

You will also provide the business with advise on what other features of Marketing Cloud would be beneficial for them.

Once the UK system is built, you will drive the 'implementation of best practice' across all other offices. This includes playing a pivotal role in creating a team of Marketing cloud specialists in each location.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- Prior experience in a strategic role, providing the business with best practices on various Marketing Cloud features

- Prior experience in implementing Marketing Cloud & able to make key decisions on its architecture

- Understanding of each phase of a Marketing Cloud's roll out

- Understanding of milestones to be set & potential road-blockers

- Ability to manage stakeholders up to C-level

- A hands on background, of developing email Marketing cloud

- Experience in managing a global team is beneficial

Remote working & flexible working hours on offer, but you must be happy to come to the office when needed - the office is located in West London.

70 - 80k, with 20% bonus & a 10k car allowance.
