Job description

Investigo has partnered with an organisation in the Financial Services space, who are recognised as market leader in their industry. This is a global organisation, with a mighty Salesforce set up that has orgs bespoke for various countries to utilise. In 2023, they begun streamlining work flow and are now in the process of transforming their Salesforce set up to ensure efficiency.


This position sits within one of the business orgs, managing & directing the roadmap for a specific area of the company. Having autonomy on the solution & its delivery, you will be to put your stamp on a very exciting stream of Salesforce projects.

From a product perspective, they are a big advocate for Salesforce and champion it's products. They have a full team of talented Trailblazers internally, ranging from Analysts & Administrators, to Developers & Architects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing all stakeholders within that specific department
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions & document requirements
  • Work with c-level to map out a defined roadmap, with the goal to improve & streamline all their processes
  • Identify resource needs and manage project teams allocated to the project
  • Be hands on with the deployments
  • Design & build Salesforce processes, with flows.

Must haves:

  • Over five years of experience in either a Snr Consulting role within an SI, or as a Business Analyst within a large & complex end user.
  • Hands on experience, developing Salesforce solutions you designed
  • Experience in leading brownfield Salesforce projects
  • Experience in large data migration

Salary is between 80 - 100k. A discretionary bonus will be included along with various other benefits.


The company is based in London and will be a hybrid position, being at least three days a week in the office.
