Job description

Investigo have partnered with one of the most exciting companies in the Media space. This organisation has a global footprint, with a presence in over 10 countries, and has one of the most complex Salesforce set ups in the UK Media market.

They implemented Salesforce less than five years ago, yet have on boarded most their departments onto the platform, as well as the UK based clients partnered under the company wide umbrella.

In 2023, they've seen a boom in revenue, resulting in a reinvestment & revamp of existing systems to ensure functionality is up to date. With Salesforce being their main system internally, this has led to a major transformation of their Salesforce set up.

In addition to their road-map of reviewing and re-customising the platform, they have now decided to roll out further Salesforce Products, and on-board more clients & brands onto the product.

They are now looking to hire a Salesforce Manager, to own the Support function within the business.

There will be a team of Support Consultants for you to delegate workload too, but you will be main point of contact for the business. Therefore you must be very organised and have previous experience running a support / ticket based desk.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main stakeholder manager for the Support team
  • Understand the Salesforce issues raised and provide a solution to solve.
  • Delegate workload out to the Support Consultants.

Key experience needed to be successful:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, either acting as an Administrator or a Consultant
  • 3+ years of experience in a Managed Service or Support Administrator role, where you managed a support desk.
  • Strong communication skills, and an ability to speak with employees that hold various levels of Salesforce experience.
  • Very strong organisational skills.

If this sounds like a role you are suited for, apply directly or email me on kyle.taylor@investigo.co.uk. My client are beginning to allocated specific interview days for the next two weeks
