Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Technical Practice within the Centre of Excellence.
  • Work with the Product Owner & stakeholders, to create a Salesforce roadmap & strategy of adoption.
  • Work with leaders of the wider engineering team(s), to create plans to successfully integrate into other software.

  • Oversee the solutions created & getting involved in Technical build when needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Technical Architectural role & having strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce Architecture.
  • Experience in a leadership position within a Technical programme for Salesforce, either leading technical teams or leading the technical build yourself.
  • Integration experience is key, as they have multiple systems already implemented internally, which will need to integrate with Salesforce
  • Ability to still be hands on is key, so strong experience in creating Apex classes, Triggers and LWC.

This is a full-time position, working hybrid out of their office in Leicester.
