Salesforce Training Manager

Investigo has partnered with one of the most exciting end users in the Salesforce ecosystem.
This is one of the first organisations to leverage the power of AI in their industry. Being a regular speaker at Salesforces events, showcasing how Salesforce & AI has revolutionised their ways of working, as true trail blazers of the ecosystem!
The initial implementation is about to be complete and the company is due to go live. Due to the business having limited prior Salesforce experience, they want to hire a permanent Salesforce Training Manager to ensure user adoption is high post project completion.
You will be instrumental for the business; helping them get the most out of Salesforce, ensuring best practice is adopted and the company understands how to utilise the platform.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have experience in the Financial Services Sector, ideally Insurance sector.
- Must have over five years experience acting as a Salesforce Training Manager.
- Prior experience managing training sessions, both virtually and in person.
- Strong understanding of Salesforces best practices, and ensuring the company adopt them.
- Experience training a global team is ideal, experience training users of all capabilities/ levels is essential.
Salary is D.O.E
Must be able to commute to London, to deliver F2F training.
