SAP Communications Specialist

My client is undertaking a major programme of systems and business change delivering a standard core of best practice processes and systems across the Group.

The target software platform is SAP S/4HANA, based on a single Global Template which also incorporates Ariba, Concur, Cloud4Customer and SAP Analytics Cloud for key supporting functions. The programme is now in the Deploy phase with user acceptance testing underway for the first deployment wave.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience delivering communication and engagement initiatives within large scale business and system transformations in a manufacturing industry or similar.
• Experience of communication & change management within a global organisation.
• Excellent communication skills; Must be a fluent communicator in English. Additional language of Spanish/German/French/Italian an advantage. Needs to understand and develop simple and uncomplicated communications for effective translation.
• Knowledge of typical business process transformation journeys from the end-user perspective, ideally based on SAP technologies.
