SAP S/4HANA FICO Lead Consultant

Overview:
As an SAP Finance Lead, you'll own the FICO workstream for enterprise-scale S/4HANA programmes, overseeing solution design, configuration, and delivery while ensuring best-practice financial process alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements across Finance and Controlling.
• Define and deliver high-quality FICO solutions within S/4HANA.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and integration with other functional streams.
• Provide thought leadership in finance transformation, reporting, and automation.
• Coach team members and ensure quality assurance across all deliverables.

Experience Required:

• Extensive SAP FICO implementation experience, ideally with exposure to S/4HANA Finance.
• Deep understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and integration with SD, MM, and CO-PA.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Prior experience working in a consulting or systems integrator environment.
