Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and analytically SAP Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst to provide essential coordination and governance support for strategic IT Infrastructure and Cloud projects. This role is crucial for maintaining project transparency, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring data quality using key SAP tools.
The successful candidate will blend project coordination skills with a strong analytically focus, operating entirely remotely within Poland. This is a non-development role focused on process, governance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Governance

  • Coordination: Assist in the coordination of project topics and tasks across the strategic IT infrastructure and Cloud domains, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Meeting & Stakeholder Support: Organise, moderate, and document project meetings, including minute-taking and facilitating crucial sprint planning sessions between diverse stakeholders.
  • Progress & Risk Analysis: Conduct regular project progress evaluations, assist Project Managers in identifying potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Tool Administration & Reporting

  • Project Overview Maintenance (SAP Cloud ALM): Proactively update and maintain accurate project overviews, milestones, and status reports within SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Reporting & Analytics (SAP Analytics Cloud): Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud, focusing on end-to-end reporting from IT infrastructure to the application level.
  • Success Communication: Support the creation of high-impact management reports and strategic presentations to highlight IT project success and business impact to senior leadership.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

  • Ticket Management: Track and monitor the preparation of technical tickets, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined, dependencies are mapped, and priorities are managed.
  • Quality Assurance for IT Integration: Perform plausibility checks on tickets, ensuring qualitative requirements for end-to-end cloud infrastructure integration are present and correctly assigned to the relevant project.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and update all required project documentation, including a business-relevant glossary, to ensure high standards of quality and business transparency.


Required Skills & Experience

  1. SAP Tool Expertise (Essential): Proven hands-on experience with:
    1. SAP Cloud ALM (or SAP Solution Manager): For project status updates, task tracking, and maintaining project structure.
    2. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): For creating and analyzing reports, dashboards, and management slides.
  2. Project Management & Coordination: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, set clear priorities, and facilitate communication effectively between technical and business stakeholders.
  3. Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong capability to analyze data, evaluate project health, assess risks, and support strategic planning activities.
  4. Communication & Moderation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required) with proven proficiency in moderating professional meetings and documenting complex discussions clearly.
  5. IT/Cloud Domain Knowledge (Basic): A basic working understanding of Cloud environments, IT infrastructure planning, and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles is required to monitor projects effectively.
  6. Documentation Competence: Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and updating professional reports, presentations, and glossaries for both project team and executive audiences.
