Job description
SAP Transition Tower Lead - 3 month contract
Our client requires a SAP Transition Tower Lead for a 3 month contract, initially remote but also based in London when required.
- Managing the incumbent partner transition activity; ensuring that they are delivering against any dependencies in the schedule.
- Represent and work alongside the run service and tower leads
- Capture and share any change and people management requirements - for comms and awareness
- Create the project transition plan; ensuring we are delivering against the dependencies in the schedule and chairing any required internal project forums for these streams
- Work alongside the Partner delivery team during discovery to review technical debt entries, discussing and agreeing with Service Leads
- Managing Service Level escalations during transition (where the transition is the cause)
- Draft and gain approval for any change request required to support transition
- Subject matter understanding of the core service area
