TITLE:

Scientist, R&D Gene Therapy

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and technology development associated with discovery and preclinical programs
• Target selection, validation, development, characterization and modification of rAAV vectors
• Oversee one or more RAs and Scientist(s)
• Manage multiple research projects

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD in a relevant, scientific discipline and experience working with rAAV vectors
• Disease-related experience (CNS/neurology, ophthalmology, Otology, etc)
• Expertise in molecular biology and protein chemistry techniques (molecular cloning, PCR, mammalian cell culture, etc.)
