Senior Accountant - 12 month contract

Based in Beaconsfield (2 days a week)

£65-£70K

Investigo are pleased to be supporting this high growth infrastructure business with the recruitment of a Senior Accountant on a 12 month contract.

Supporting the Financial Controller and Operations team, you will be providing financial support and advice to the wider business.

This role provides real exposure to the right candidate, as you will be visiting sites and spending time with the operational team and supporting them on understanding the financials.

Key Duties

• Responsible for the timely and accurate review of monthly financial information
• Assist the preparation and coordination of the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycle. Review of reporting packs for submission to leadership teams.
• Review and challenge financial performance against forecasts and provide variance analysis
• Support the mobilisation of new contracts, the implementation of systems
• Identify and drive improvements in processes and systems to add value and seek efficiencies, identifying and mitigating risk
• Support for the timely review of sector of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the interim and year-end audit process
• Provide year end statutory information to Central Finance

We are seeking individuals who are available at short notice, or coming to the end of an assignment. It would be great if you have worked in the infrastructure or construction industry.
