Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits package
Location: 5 days a week in the office in one of the most beautiful offices - incredible facilities and an exciting time to join one of the UK's market leaders in Pharmacuticals (TW12)

Job Description:

• Running the end to end AP function and department
• Processing invoices, matching to PO numbers and inputting/coding into Accounting software
• Setting up new client on Sage software and maintaining client records
• Dealing with client invoice queries
• Dealing with staff queries/ payment queries
• Reconciliation of statements
• Processing credit card expense claims
• Cash processing
• Reconciliation of Vat receipts & inputting to Sage
• Helping staff with any expense queries
• Weekly payment runs
• General adhoc duties to support the UK Management Accountant, UK Financial Controller and UK Finance Director
• Providing general admin and project support when required

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Proven Accounts Payable experience
• Fantastic team player, hard working, friendly and professional
• Positive, "can do" attitude and excellent attention to detail
• Driven, looking to progress and develop within a growing business
• Strong IT skills, able to pick up new systems
