Senior Business Analyst - Pensions - Business Change FTC

An experienced Senior Business Analyst is required for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to work as part of a Business Change team for Pensions business.

The Business Analyst will be required to provide business analysis support to projects and other initiatives currently within the programme of change. The role will primarily involve:

  • Eliciting, analysing, documenting and agreeing business requirements
  • Facilitating change that will positively impact the design, implementation and effectiveness of the organisation's systems and services
  • Create detailed requirements and analysis documentation

Essential for the role:

  • Proven Business Analysis experience gained across financial services organisations
  • Excellent technical Business Analysis skills, including experience in a range of methodologies, elicitation methods and documentation techniques
  • Proven experience of working with senior business stakeholders, Product Owners and Project Teams to analyse requirements, develop and drive forward ideas, provide recommendations and support the design of solutions
  • Proven experience of working on complex projects
