SENIOR BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER - 12 MONTH FTC - £85,000 + 20% BONUS
Our client is a FTSE100 Retail/Consumer business that is embarking on a 3 year omnichannel transformation programme. Their newly formed Transformation Office is looking for a Senior Business Change Manager to play a key part in embedding their new digital & technology transformation projects. THIS ROLE REQUIRES AN IMMEDIATE START (OR max 4 week notice)
Reporting into the Head of Change, you will have responsibility for the planning and delivery of the change approach across the UK&I portfolio, including be responsible for:
- Conducting impact analyses and assessing the business change readiness
- Leading on the adoption of best practice methods across the organisation
- Creating a solid communications plan to be used across key business areas
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of change activities
In order to be considered for this role, you will have solid Retail experience, with a proven track record of implementing change management activity. If you have not worked in a change capacity for a retailer you will not be suitable for this role.
