Our leading banking client is currently undergoing significant growth after securing a large amount of funding for their 4 years of delivery within their payments area of their design & launch division.

As part of this growth their looking at adding internal consultants to assist with design, innovation & product launch. These consultants must have significant payments knowledge & working payments project experience to make these roles a success. The business is looking for method improvement, design skills, roll-out, design innovation & initiation roles.

It is understood the roles are broad however a seasoned payments consultant will have this exposure. Analysis, management & design will be needed.

The business is looking for the following experience:

• Consulting (external big 4) OR internal consulting team experience as part of a payments or large FS organisation
• Payments working project experience (ideally a career exposure to payments) - FinTech also looked upon favourably.
• Change & transformation as well as strategy exposure
• Innovation, design and initiation experience
• Product launch
• Methodology shaping
• Operating model design & launch

The roles will involve

• Innovating a new approach to design, build & product initiations within new payments technology
• Managing & educating key business / IT stakeholders
• Imparting payments knowledge to a business looking to be the leading in this space
• Understating the payments market & working closely with FinTech's to improve the groups capability / product range
• Market analysis
• Internally consulting

These roles offer a chance to engage with senior decision makers within the group as they look to innovate their payments approach / products & services globally. They will offer the candidate the chance to undertake market analysis, & really shape the businesses outlook & approach to design & launch within this area.

Ex-Consultants are preferred but payments industry managers, designers & leaders are welcomed to apply.
