Senior Business Controller

A leading US Listed Property services company is currently recruiting a Senior Business Controller position based in their office in Stockholm, Sweden. The role will support the Finance Director as their No2, managing the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of contracts.

Key responsibilities include;

• Finance Business Partnering with Operations to be able to drive P&L performance
• Work with the Operations team to create an accurate annual budget for the portfolio of contracts
• Create forecasting and planning models to analyse performance of the contract and drive commercial decision making
• Monthly analysis on the actuals against plan including commentary around the variances
• Work with the Operations team to ensure their are appropriate controls and that the Operations team are Accounting for the costs appropriately inline with company policy.
• Work with the wider EMEA / group team in relation to monthly FP&A reporting for the Swedish performance
• Perform contract reviews to try and improve cashflow, margin and contract performance
• Adhoc Projects

The successful candidate will ideally have the following traits/experience;

• Qualified Accountant or similar experience within a large multinational
• Commercial Finance & Analytical capability
• Ability to interact with non finance stakeholders and to make complex finance terminology east to understand
• Strong communication
• Background in Management Accounting, finance analysis or business controlling.
