Senior Compliance Administrator

Investigo are working with a global organisation with offices in Chiswick to recruit for a Senior Compliance Administrator into their team. This role will report directly into their Chief Compliance Officer as well as assisting their Legal Director in multiple areas.

Responsibilities

Compliance

• Assist with the preparation of board documentation
• Assist with establishing and monitoring of the Compliance budget
• Management and operation of Compliance tools
• Assist with the design, management and operation of the Compliance Document Management System (SharePoint) with establishment and monitoring of the Compliance budget
• General administration support
• Organising compliance purchase orders and invoicing as needed

Legal

• Assist the legal director with designing, implementing and refining operational processes and procedures for the Legal Team
• Collation and management of Legal Know-How
• Collation and presentation of KPI metrics to track and measure performance of the Legal Team (including the costs of outside counsel); and with the management of transactional and litigation workflow (excluding negotiation or review of legal documentation)

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor level degree
• Experience working within an administrative role with a focus on design and implementation of processes
• Experience within a professional services environment
• Strong Microsoft Office understanding
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Thinks commercially and pragmatically
• Agile and adaptable to changing project conditions, is comfortable in situations that may be ambiguous or where all the relevant information isn't available
• Experience of working collaboratively in multicultural teams, and possibly in remote teams spread across different countries
• Mature with a calm manner
