Job description
My client, a well-known growing business in the Camberley area are looking for a full time permanent credit controller.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) - Hybrid working model - 3 days a week in the office
Car park on sites with fantastic offices!
Job duties:
- Engage in a professional, close-knit UK Finance team, supporting the delivery of the a well-known brand
- Serve as an expert in collections and credit control across the UK business.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on customer account due diligence, terms, reconciliations, and payment recovery.
- Conduct annual reviews of customer credit limits and continually monitor them as seasonal orders increase.
- Foster partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to optimise customer collections.
- Proactively manage overdue and aged debt recovery, including legal proceedings when necessary.
- Process and review customer claims following company procedures.
- Regularly report on Debtors and ageing positions throughout the business.
- Calculate and report bad debt provisioning.
- Address and resolve customer queries and disputes.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with SAP S4 is desirable.
- Handle general Accounts Receivable and Finance administration as needed.
