Senior Credit Controller

Investigo are recruiting a Senior Credit Controller for a reputable client based in South Birmingham, Solihill region.

In the position of Senior Credit Controller Birmingham you will support the the Credit Manager managing a portfolio of customers ensuring all cash is chased in line with company guidelines. You will Liaise closely with management and sales team to deliver an accurate and efficient credit control service. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure the smooth running of accounts.

The day-to-day duties are varied and include managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries and managing debt recovery. Evaluating new credit requests, including checking credit ratings, recommending whether to allow credit to a debtor and advising on credit limits.

The Salary

£25,000 to £28,000 plus full benefits/ study package towards the ICM qualification
