Salary: £40,000-£50,000

Job Description

A leading internationally recognised HealthTech business in Cambridge are looking to bring on a Senior Data QA Tester within their software testing function. This business is essential in the battle against Covid-19 and are instrumental in the global health effort. This role would involve you working on ground breaking technology and will be involved with supporting and developing new software instrumental within the healthcare sector. They are going through a highly exciting growth phase and are looking for a Senior Data QA Tester who will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. You will have the opportunity to work with an internationally recognised business that are working on ground breaking software.

This partner is looking to double their software testing team size and capability whilst supercharging their technology over the next couple of years, with the evolution of their new products. You will have a multitude of opportunities to expand your software testing skills. This role would suit someone with a background working with experience working with selenium, gherkin and has some experience coding. This role will involve you working with a variety of big data and will require a core understanding of testing big data. This role is perfect for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and wants to expand upon their technical capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of market leading software.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Data QA Tester will have the following skills

• Experience testing Big Data (E.g. Spark, Hadoop, Hive)
• Selenium
• Test Case Management experience
• Experience with Python, Java or Scala
• Experience working in an agile environment
