Senior Finance Analyst

No doubt one of the best known brands in the UK - FTSE business, fantastic for development and progression, and exciting roles with lot's of exposure across the wider business.

These two SFA positions differ slightly. One will focus on delivering insight and analysis across the entire reporting and planning cycle. The other will have strategic focus, where you will be Involved in the ongoing development and delivery of the Group's 5 year plan.

What I'm looking for;

• Qualified CIMA / ACA/ ACCA
• Experience of working in a FTSE plc and/or international matrix structure
• Experience of budgeting and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills, modelling ability will be key
• Oracle Fusion or Hyperion system skills would be a huge advantage

• Involvement in ongoing development and delivery of 5 year plan and strategic plan for the Group, working directly with the key stakeholders to build one consolidated view of the business
• Produce relevant insight and analysis for Head of FP&A and Finance Directors on latest business performance and outlook
• Deliver and manage the finance wide annual planning timetable, and engagement of wider finance teams
• Build the assumptions documents for Budgets, Forecasts and Business Plans
• Produce standardised outputs that effectively communicate key messages in forecasts and budget, including drivers of movements on comparatives.
• Partner with wider group finance to ensure budget, forecasts and actuals reconcile in EPM systems vs. the expected view
• Delivery and management of the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for the Group across multiple business units
