Senior Finance Analyst - EMEA Sales & Margin Strategy

Are you a finance professional with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for driving commercial performance? We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our high-performing EMEA Finance team. This pivotal role will see you working closely with leadership across Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver data-driven insights and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our sales and margin reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the production, analysis, and continuous refinement of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Forecasts (STF) for EMEA unit sales and margins.

  • Provide detailed Explanation of Change (EOC) analysis, identifying key drivers and presenting findings in review forums with actionable insight.

  • Collaborate with Sales and FP&A leadership to prepare high-impact presentation materials for VP-level stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted Business Partner to ABDs and Solution Leads-challenging assumptions, influencing decisions, and driving financial performance.

  • Ensure planning data is accurately uploaded into SAP, and make ongoing updates to the Profitability Analysis module to support precise reporting.

  • Maintain and enhance the TPM database and month-end reporting processes, ensuring timeliness and quality in divisional submissions.

  • Generate monthly reporting packs for Sales, Finance, and Territory teams, including market commentary, variance analysis, and key performance trends.

  • Collaborate with Shared Services to guarantee pricing and volume consistency across all platforms and datasets.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical background with experience in sales and margin reporting

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; SAP and TPM experience highly desirable

  • A commercially focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organisation is a plus

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent finance qualification preferred

What You'll Gain

  • The chance to make a real commercial impact across EMEA markets

  • High visibility across senior leadership and cross-functional teams

  • A collaborative, agile working culture with career development opportunities

  • Exposure to strategic decision-making and transformational projects
