Senior Finance Business Partner

My client is a highly respected international firm who operate in over 80 countries internationally and are one of the largest employers in the world. They are currently looking for a highly commercial business partner who has a background in central finance accounting to oversee a series of business units and provide commercial support to more junior figures. The position will require someone highly organised and somebody that is able to juggle multiple different business units at one time. The individual in this position will be earmarked as somebody who could progress to a divisional FD role and for international opportunities. The role itself is as follows:

Key Responsibilites

• Lead business partner across multiple business units
• Understand and assess key business drivers for each business unit and drive profitability
• Develop long term strategies for each business unit
• M&A work where appropriate
• Liaising with clients and providing commercial analysis
• Ensuring financial risk is appropriately accounted for
• Ensure best practice is developed and followed through each business unit
• Build relationships across the wider business

Key Requirements

• Central finance experience
• Strong commercial experience
• Accounting qualification
• Working with a multi-site business is a bonus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to influence and build relationships
