Senior Finance Manager

Investigo are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a large construction client who are looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to be based at their Milton Keynes office, on a permanent basis. (1 to 2 days a week onsite)

The Senior Finance Manager will report to the Head of Finance and manage a team of 5 Finance Business Partners, and they will be a key member of the JV finance team supporting the delivery of a large 5 year project.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the day to day financial management information of the business
• Prepare, on a monthly basis, the financial status of the business
• Facilitate & integrate information flow between finance and other stakeholder departments
• Monitor ERP system compliance of all data therein with respect to Financial Regulations
• Prepare the balance sheet and review the controls therein so that the platform that underpins the business is true and fair - this would take the form of the monthly control account reconciliations and close out of issues
• Oversee the cash management of the business and report on it as required
• Seek efficiencies where possible - systems and processes for continual business improvement and raise where opportunities exist
• Provide areas of improvement to the business.

Key Skills

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
• Management skills - oversee the full finance function / department (Team of 5)
• Prior ERP system usage
• Analytical IT skills - data analysis
• Accountancy knowledge to ensure compliance with Financial Regulations in UK

Our Client is offering a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 + £6,000 car allowance (Depending on experience)
