Senior Financial Controller

Due to significant growth and change within this Consumer/Ecommerce client, looking to hire a Senior Financial Controller to oversee all elements of Financial Accounting, Treasury and Financial Controls across the business.

Whilst reporting into the Finance Director and following a recent ERP system change your remit will be to enhance and improve the processes & financial operations.

Accountabilities and duties will include:

* To ensure the smooth running finance operations team across Financial Reporting & Month-End, AP and AR

* Responsible for the balance sheet budgeting and periodic variance analysis

* Ensure appropriate treasury policy in place

* Ensure robust balance sheet controls processes in place as well as end to end process ownership of month-end trial balance creation

* Ensure control environment matures as policies and procedures are set up and rolled out to acquired companies

* Ensure robust close-process for management accounts and statutory accounts, including management of audit

* Provide effective leadership to a team of c.15-20 colleagues

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong qualified Accountant preferably ACA o ACCA with a number of years post qualified exposure.
You will be commercially minded, possess strong leaderships skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
