Job description

Investifo are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Bedfordshire based technology business who are looking to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst, on a permanent basis.


Reporting into the FP&A Manager, the Senior FP&A Analyst will support in the financial planning processes for the UK, US and Finnish entities including the five year plan, annual budget, forecasts and any other forecasting activities. The role will also provide business partnering support to cost centre managers within the business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the financial business planning process, including five year plan, annual budget, quarterly forecasts, weekly cash flow forecasting and other ad hoc forecast activity
  • Business partnering the Cost Centre and Commercial managers introducing and improving processes and analysis which will ultimately improve forecasting accuracy through the understanding of financial data
  • Assist with the preparation of financial data and variance analysis for the monthly performance reviews
  • Support senior management to drive improved business reporting and analysis by delivering commercially focused management information and insights to inform decision making
  • Working with Senior Business leaders to fully integrate a Global Order reporting process including updating targets for budgets and forecasts
  • Deliver high quality financial analysis including complex modelling
  • Building a detailed understanding of the operations and dependencies within the business entities, particularly the Global Services division
  • Assisting with month end reporting including intercompany reconciliations
  • Other ad hoc projects to support the business, as appropriate


The successful Candidate will be a Professionally Qualified individual who possesses excellent management accounting and analysis experience. They will be an exceptional communicator who can naturally business partner non-finance teams to aid they decision making process. The Candidate will have demonstrable experience of using Excel to a high level, and any experience with Oracle/Oracle Fusion would be advantageous.
