Senior HR Business Partner - Watford - 80K to 85K base (12 month FTC)
Our client is currently recruiting for a high performing and passionate senior HR Business Partner to join on a 12 month FTC (Maternity Cover). Reporting to the HR Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HR team, providing critical support and guidance to the HR Business Partners and senior leader team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent Generalist HR knowledge, ideally partnering and delivering within matrix organisations
- Proven track record of leading on Talent, Organisation Design & development, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development and Cultural Change projects
- Strong experience in providing support at a senior level in delivering the organisation's commercial objectives and people strategy
- Be an excellent collaborator with the ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders and complex key stakeholders
We are ideally looking for candidates who are immediately available or available at short notice as this contract would be starting in November.
