Senior HR Business Partner

Investigo is partnering pleased to be partnering a market leader in the recruitment for a Senior HR Business Partner (Home Based).

The client's Head Office is in the Midlands but this role will only require you there once or twice a week.

Please note that our client is only considering candidates with a permanent employment career history. Those with an Interim background will unfortunately not be considered for short-list.

Due to an internal restructure within the HR Function, an exciting opportunity has been created for an additional Senior BP to drive commercial change.

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will be accountable for partnering a defined client group, driving the People agenda.

The organisation is going through significant change and transformation and this role will lead the People focus.

We are looking for a proven HR Lead who has worked across Corporate environments, partnering with SLTs and SMTs to improve employee experience and performance.

You will has a breath of experience across Change programmes, utilising innovate HR solutions to meet business demands. Experience will include Cultural Change, OD and Restructures.

Our client is looking for a broad mix of Strategic and Operational Partnering experience and evidence of value add HR.

You will be a pragmatic and engaging individual who builds working relationships at all levels.

Your background to date (including most recently) must be from large corporate environments.
