Senior IT Delivery Manager

Purpose of the role

Lead an efficient and effective centralised Technology Delivery Management service that maximises the use of available budget, delivers value for money, providing subject matter expertise and leadership, whilst working flexibly and pragmatically with colleagues to achieve the right outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and professional standards/assurance to the Technology projects and technology driven change
* To be accountable for the delivery of new technologies upgrades and enhancements in technology delivery portfolio.
* To be accountable for technology project standards, governance and technology wide resource planning management. Maintaining the correct balance across the internal and external resource pools to delivery maximum value and flexibility
* To work effectively with a matrix of varied key senior stakeholders across the Group and 3rd Party Suppliers ensuring high quality in the leadership of multiple projects; in deployment, delivery, control and review.
* To mature and then champion project & technology delivery management best practice
* Plan and ensure successful delivery of Technology portfolio of projects encompassing Technology renewals and upgrades alongside change project led systems implementation, integration and enhancements
