My client is committed to flexible working, so you'll be able to work from home 3 - 4 days per week. There may be occasional travel to other sites across the UK.

About the Role

It's an opportunity to work across our full network infrastructure, from LAN/ WAN to Public/ Private Cloud Services. Joining a Network team of 6, you'll be resolving incidents, dealing with service requests and supporting projects at 2nd/ 3rd line support level.

You'll be a technical escalation point, working closely with business stakeholders and other IT teams, as well as managing 3rd party suppliers. You'll also play a key role in coaching and supporting junior team members.
