Senior Network Engineer - GCP - Inside IR35

Investigo's major client is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with experience working with GCP to join an existing team.

Key skills

• Hands-on experience on Google Cloud Platform (VPC Network, Cloud VPN, Cloud Router, Transit VPC, Shared VPC, Native FW rule, VPC peering, BGP)
• Must have experience working with clients to develop network strategies for secure VPC architecture.
• Perform assessments of client network environments, identify gaps and performance improvement opportunities based on leading industry practices.
• Experience working with site to site VPN, Interconnect to facilitate the hybrid connectivity between On-prem to GCP environment and between cloud to cloud.
• Understanding of network intelligence, traffic director, MPLS, SD-WAN. Experience with enterprise firewalls, monitoring tools.
• Analyse, plan, configure LAN/WAN network, CIDR ranges, routes and manage secure network connectivity.
• Experience in network migration tools, building new architecture in Google cloud environment from scratch.
• Working with various teams and troubleshooting network issue, Google private access APIs. Experience with logging and monitoring in GCP.
