An internationally recognised FTSE business in Birmingham are looking to bring on a Senior Node.JS Developer who will be working as part of a highly exciting digital e-commerce transition. You will have hands on software development experience in Node.JS and you will have the opportunity to learn React. While maintaining and using your core existing skills expanding and moving forward the software development team. This role would suit somebody who wants to take the next step in their career and use will be involved on an amazing greenfield e-commerce leading digital transformation. This would suit someone looking for an opportunity to be involved with hands on experience who wants to take the next stage in their career and have the opportunity to grow and develop yourself as a technical leader in Node.JS development. The next couple of years are some of the most breathtaking projects you will have the opportunity to work on including an international product release, greenfield developments to reinvigorate the platforms, changes, and a number of feature enhancements, all while maintaining and using the newest technology on the market.

You will be involved with this partner as a key hands on Senior Node.JS Developer, where you will be guiding from the front with your technical leadership and helping guide the team forward. This role will include working with a fast growing software team where you will be working on an exciting new product, applications, and business/customer critical systems, this will involve everything from minor enhancements to full-scale application rebuilds to better leverage the technology for customers and make what they do even more accessible to their partners. This partner is passionate about providing the highest of quality software development, where you will be central with working with the newest technology and develop new ways of working with the digital sector. You will have the opportunity to lead on a variety of market leading software while providing excellent care to their customers. This role will enable you to have the opportunity to work with cloud technologies and take your personal development to the next level.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Node.JS Developer will have the following skills

• Node.JS
• Express.JS
• React
• Understanding of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience working in an agile environment
