Our Global FX Payments / settlements client are currently reshaping / forming their global PMO function. They have undertaken senior hiring and put together the strategy behind creating a best in class function & are in the process of hiring the team to deliver this function globally.

The big thing they're looking for with is personality & company fit. They're a smaller organisation than a global bank & offer people board level stakeholder exposure & need confident, enthusiastic professionals to work with / deliver benefit for leaders within the business

At this stage of the recruitment they are looking for senior PMO's to help build out areas of the function that include;

• Projects
• Tools / processes
• People

They are looking for people with the following experience:

• Banking / financial services (payments or settlements or commercial banking ideal but not required)
• Global project / company experience
• Senior stakeholder management up to board level
• Digital or ePMO experience

Activities within the role will include;

• Assisting in PMO set up
• Working closely with managers to deliver benefit
• Reshaping the PMO function
• Running workshops
• Governance & reporting
• Take the lead on initiatives & help impact cultural change
