Senior Product Designer - UX/UI - Inside IR35

Investigo's major client is seeking an experienced Senior Product designer to help support the end to end design in a new programme for a major blue chip client. You will be required to work with Product Managers and Lead Designers to develop design outcomes that balance the business/ customer needs translating the brief into highly effective production-ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive design projects (UX/UI), creating end-to-end design solutions for your product area.
• Mentor and support more junior design staff.
• Deliver/ and support design initiatives beyond your product squad.
• Deliver/ and support colleagues in evolving our design language, aesthetic, interaction paradigms.
• Play an active role in championing our design ethos, providing expert guidance to junior and non-design staff.
• Develop good working relationships with stakeholders.

Key Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design.
• Compelling portfolio consisting of numerous design projects showcasing your thinking, contribution, actions, and outcomes.
• Successfully led the design efforts in the delivery of iOS, Android and Web based products.
• Experience working with customer-centric design processes -utlisation of UXR insights to improve design outcomes.
• Experience working with Agile, Lean, Sprint-based processes.
• Excellent technical skill with Figma and Adobe Cloud (AE, AI, PS).
