Senior Project Manager - Hybrid working (onsite and home)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a fast paced business currently transforming their technology and business landscape with a focus on technology refresh and advancement as well as digital / omnichannel customer experiences.

As senior Project Manager, you'll report into the Head of PMO and take responsibility for the successful end-to-end delivery of projects with varying degrees of scale and complexity. You'll be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in an environment where priorities can change quite rapidly. As Senior Project Manager, you'll also take a lead on larger and high - profile projects and you'll be working in an environment where you'll frequently be working with a range stakeholders, upto "C-level"

The project delivery function is growing as we speak and the scale and pace of change at this business is greater than in previous years, hence it's important you have the experience and versatility to work on a variety of projects. You'll also be comfortable working in a maturing environment, contribution to the shaping and adoption of working practices and processes.

The appointed candidate will bring previous experience of managing complex technology change projects, with a good breath of experience across different projects. You'll have superb communications skills and will be able to work from board level, across all levels within the business. The ability to prioritise and work at pace will be crucial as well as a good breadth of experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies will be crucial.
