Senior Risk Manager - SMF4

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and managing all risk lines within the London office
• Developing relationships with key functional stakeholders and leadership team to assist with the implementation and embedding of the Group's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
• Regulatory requirements such as the ICARA
• Make sure that the staff are adhering to and driving risk culture throughout the business
• Development of climate risk framework;
• Monitoring control processes for operational risk, market risk and credit risk;

Skills required:

• Previous leadership role essential Ability to influence senior stakeholders and demonstrate motivational qualities to achieve desired results
• Management experience is crucial
• Strong knowledge and understanding of risks related to investment / asset management
• Strong understanding of Risk Frameworks
• Excellent understanding of the regulatory framework in EMEA and impacts on the wider business
