Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

This global organisation house a mighty Salesforce set up, with bespoke orgs for each countries they operate to utilise. They regard Salesforce as one of the most influential platforms for their strategic goals in the near future, and in 2023, they began streamlining work flow and are now in the process of transforming their Salesforce set up to ensure efficiency.

This position sits within their Architecture team, as their Lead Business Analyst.

Key elements to the role

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Providing the business with process analysis, understanding system issues & painpoints.
• Arranging & leading requirements gathering sessions directly from stakeholders, and documenting thoroughly.
• Providing the Consulting arm of the team with well-detailed Functional Documents outlining findings.
• Presenting finding to key stakeholders and demo'ing back potential solutions.

Salary: 70 - 90k, with a comprehensive bonus & benefits package.

Atleast 3x a week in their London office, so must be happy to commute in when required.
