Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and functionality within Salesforce.
• Customize and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to support business processes and improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges in Salesforce platforms.
• Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve Salesforce implementations and drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce development tools and languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
