TITLE:

Senior Scientist, AAV Engineering Lead - permanent, full-time

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will lead ongoing development of AAV engineering platform and vector development for gene therapy programs. This person will manage a small team of scientists while driving forward ongoing AAV engineering experiments. This role will be a 30/70 mix of lab and strategy/leadership.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD in a relevant, scientific field
• Strong technical background in molecular biology and NGS
• Hands-on experience with AAV and/or protein engineering
• Background in RNA would be a huge benefit
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
