One of the UK's Leading Construction Project Management consultancies are looking to expand their London team by bringing on board Project Managers at either a Senior or Associate level. This team works on a range of projects including high-end residential and mixed use developments, commercial new build and refurbishment as well as working on 5 star hotels.
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience in a Project Management (consultancy) role on either residential or office projects (or both). Project Managers will be expected to have knowledge of working on projects from RIBA Stage 0 to 6, although they may be asked to join some of the larger projects during or prior to the Construction stage. You must also demonstrate an ability to build an excellent relationship with clients and lead meetings.
Having MRICS or MCIOB is preferred for this position, especially at Associate level.
This company offers you the opportunity to work on some of London's largest and most prestigious projects, whilst also offering a competitive salary and package. At a Senior Project Manager level, salaries are from £60-70k and at Associate level, it ranges from £70-80k. You will also receive a generous package at both levels which includes a car allowance.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience for a Construction PM Consultancy
- Experience of delivering large residential or commercial projects from inception to completion
- Client facing and able to lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- MRICS / MCIOB is preferred
