Senior UX Designer
Location: Leeds, Sheffield or Leicester, hybrid working with the ideal candidate spending one day a week in either Leeds, Sheffield or Leicester
Salary & Benefits: to £65,000 p/a plus a range of benefits inc. cash car allowance (circa £6k), bonus (to 15%), holidays, great pension, health, and a variety of bespoke benefits that you can tailor to you - total package in excess of £75k
Investigo have partnered with a leading business who have significant growth plans in 2021; this involves doubling the size of their technology team this year and growing specifically across key areas; specifically on this role to improve and take a lead on their UX for a range of products and services. We're looking for someone who is passionate about user-centred and user-focussed design to create an improved user experience, this role will also have the chance to step into a leadership role for a small team of designers. Their digital teams currently remotely and the ideal candidate will spend a day per week in either of their hubs in Leeds, Sheffield or Leicester.
You'll get to play a key role in the evolution and continuing modernisation of UX within the business and be supported by the current teams across UX research, content, designers, product and SMEs in technology. You will work on everything UX, research, wireframing, conceptual design, prototyping, testing and the delivery of great user experience.
So, what are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in UX, from designing responsive websites, apps, systems, wireframing, prototyping, usability, interactive design, etc.
- Experience working with UX tools, e.g. Axure, inVision, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Experienced working with the wider UX family, researchers, product, tech SMEs - conducting UX analysis and transforming the experience of a huge pool of users.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Any notable experience working with new mobile apps (both Android and iOS), Axure, Zeplin, Sketch, or experience working on large scale e-commerce projects.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £65,000 p/a plus a range of benefits inc. cash car allowance (circa £6k), bonus (to 15%), holidays, great pension, health, and a variety of bespoke benefits that you can tailor to you - total package in excess of £75k. This role can be worked in a hybrid fashion from anywhere in the UK, with an expectation of one day per week in either Leeds, Sheffield or Leicester.
