Senior UX Researcher - Inside IR35

Investigo's major client is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to provide insights and recommendations across a range of projects. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will work on a range of research projects in which you will deliver compelling, customer-centric insights for the business. Work with Product Managers and Lead Researchers to develop design outcomes that balance the business/ customer needs translating the brief into highly effective production-ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive research projects, creating end-to-end research studies for your product area.
• Mentor/ manage more junior research staff.
• Deliver/ and support research initiatives beyond your product squad.
• Deliver/ and support colleagues in evaluating our design language, aesthetic, interaction paradigms.
• Play an active role in championing our design ethos, providing expert guidance to junior and non-research staff.
• Develop successful relationships with stakeholders, building support, trust and enhancing the DX team's profile.

Key skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in user-experience research.
• University degree or equivalent industry experience in psychology, HCI, UX Design, UX Research.
• Compelling portfolio consisting of multiple research projects showcasing your thinking, contribution, actions, and outcomes.
• Successfully delivered research activities on digital products.
• Experience working with Agile, Lean, Sprint-based processes.
• Excellent technical skills with Dscout, UserZoom, Survey Monkey or equivalent.
