Service Delivery Manager - 6 month contract, OUTSIDE IR35

A Fast-paced multichannel business are currently seeking to engage a Service Delivery Manager to develop and maintain the most appropriate Service Level Management (SLM) structure for the service, and promote this structure within the organisation, getting buy-in from key stakeholders. Your role is to make sure that they deliver great service experiences across all Digital and Network environments.This role will be about:

establishing a Service Review process, planning, organising and chairing regular review
meetings

Building and maintaining a service catalogue, which documents SLA's and provides a view of E2E
service performance

Ensuring early engagement in the Process to understand the SLM requirements for proposed
new services and changes

Owning the day to day service operations relationship with partners / suppliers in your area

Monitoring major service failures, contributing to diagnosis and recovery

Conducting post incident reviews and root cause investigations

Acting as a point of reference for information regarding services, support processes, and
competitive benchmarking


The appointed contractor will have experience in in building a service design capability, and service design of IT and Digital Services. You'll be a service focused individual with a relentless drive to deliver and own all service design outcomes. Demonstrable experience in managing, delivering and supporting business stakeholders and
consumer products and services is necessary. You'll also bring proven experience of delivering new processes and procedures, working within Service Management environments and developing a best practise approach environment.
