Job description

A Client I am working with is looking to bring on board a Service Delivery Manager for a 9 month initial contract (Outside IR35), the start date for this role will be the first week of February and interviews are happening as soon as next week.

Role & Responsibilities-

  • You will be responsible for the delivery of the agreed service levels to the business achieved via close monitoring of Service Now, service management reports and close management of the external third parties
  • You will need to interact with both external suppliers and internal teams
  • You will need to make sure that the supplier is clear on any areas to improve, and then agree and implement action plans and objectives and to ensure that progress is made
  • Your responsibilities include ensuring any major incident post reports, root cause analysis and corrective actions are documented and completed

Ideal skill set-

  • 3 years of experience in a Salesforce Product environment
  • Previous experience supporting a Salesforce deployment
  • Ability to interpret metrics and Service reporting experience
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service management processes
  • Good understanding of SLA's, OLA's and KPI's
